Bye bye Cummins, hello Tacoma.

2006 140k miles TRD 4x4 6psd manual and in awesome shape. I basically stole it from him from what I talked him down too... cash is KING!

Picked up a 1994 Evinrude 9.9 with electric start, electric choke, controls, wiring etc in mint condition. $500. Motor was installed on a Ranger boat at the factory and only ever used as a kicker. Basically sit at the helm and start, operate and shut off this kicker. Going on my Grady White for trolling.

Haha that Cummins was awesome. I almost shed a tear when it drove off but I wanted to capitalize on the crazy diesel market right now and I sold it for a lot more than I paid for it. Some guy from Texas flew in and got it.

Plus since I sold that stupid truck camper I just didn't need it.

New rmz 250, it's been ages since I had a dirtbike. It was on sale. Since I lost my fishing spot, this is how I'll keep busy from spring to fall.

Nice bike. Get the full protection helmet with chin protection, wear gloves, and a leather jacket. It will save you some pain. Fell off mine quite a few times doing some extreme crap in Alaska. Used to ride trails in the hills north of Fairbanks. Every once in a while I'd run into big dogs...once I rode my 175 straight up a tree trying to get away from them dogs. Another time I flew over the handlebars. Bet I broke a dozen clutch/brake levers and quite a few shifters. Have fun. Keep it safe.

Thanks AB, agree with protection, all the time in more ways than one haha. I've had my fair share of crashes between woods races and motocross. Crashing always sucks. But helmet, riding boots, chest protector and neck protector have probably saved me many hospital trips.
I got out of the sport for a few years (race fees and bike maintenance are tough when your 18 working a minimum wage job) but I've always loved it. If there is one thing that comes close to hunting. It's motocross. Something about flying and the smell of race fuel.

Some time after I got out of the service I ran into a high school friend who'd been having some Motocross success, which sounded neat to me - until he went down the list of human parts repairs. Tough sport.

I vaguely recall the days when stopping at Wally World for a can of spray paint or some such ended up just being a $40 or so hickey...

Forgot to mention the $449 I spent on bee equipment.
$200 for 100 deep frames and foundations
$20 for a frame perch
$229 for 360 12 ounce plastic bears, 500 flip caps, labels, printing, and shipping. A lot of stuff is free shipping but them bears come in a HUGE box.

Those 360 bears when filled with 12 ounces (weight) of honey represent about $1800.
12 ounces of honey is a cup. (it's 1.5 times as dense as water)

360 cups of honey is 22.5 gallons. I'm having to buy 5-gallon buckets as well.
HONEY!

A couple of AR lower receivers. I'm going to start making some additions to the collection before President Clinton gets up and running.

AR lowers seem to be as good of an investment as gold or silver these days. They are cheap(ish) and small enough to store a lot of them. I may or may not have more lowers than I could ever build AR's for. When another AWB comes into effect they will be worth 10x what I paid for them.
