Exactly, because then you can just say.... "Well I was drunk, what did you expect?"

What brought this up is the wife making a grocery list and suggesting sloppy joes. I told her hell no. I hated it when my mom made sloppy joes when I was growing up. My dad and brother and sister love them and I had to pretend to like them bc I didn't want to hurt my moms feelings.

That is understandable, that is actually the exact reason why I am not picky over what I eat. My little sisters have a completely different atmosphere than I did. For me it was either eat everything or go to bed hungry. I like food too much to go to bed hungry. Also, my mother never cooked, it was always my dad. She tried once cooking salmon patties, put them on the stove on High. Needless to say the outcome was black on the outside and raw on the inside. Dad took over cooking from then on.

I love sloppy joes. Can probably eat about 10 of them.

chinken? I've been known to dig the chinken from time to time.

Is a sloppy José the Mexican version? Actually might be good with a little taco seasoning.

Damn we can't be friends anymore I love me some sloppy joes. It's the perfect single guy food, I make it all the time out of venison lately.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams

I don't think military guys are allowed to judge what others eat. I eat anything and everything just about after eating MREs

Not judging what he eats, it is the exact opposite that is Merican food. I love MRE's but they make it where I cant shit for a couple days.
