A good sear on the outside... thats the only way.

I have a feeling you could burn it to a crisp, if you put it in a can of spam, its still going to come out chewy. Now, if you are asking how you should cook it, I'd say fry it up with some more bacon, throw some eggs on the other side of the skillet with some peppers, onions, maybe some hasbrowns, get them all nice and done, throw the eggs, bacon and hasbrowns on a plate and give the spam to the dog

Microwaved...til it just starts to sizzle, still cold in the middle, topped with a piece of processed cheese product (partially melted)....mmmmm, just like we used to get in the cafeteria.

Ever eaten it with an over-easy egg on top? I never have, but the thought just popped into my head that that would probably be pretty good.

it's real good, put a slice of toast under the whole thing and dallop homade salsa on top

Born in the south. Raised in the south. Which means I know quality food. Spam does not fit in previously stated category.
