Imma blue wing hunt and shoot local Canadians in the early hunt! I acquired 2 canadian floaters and permission to hunt two ponds that they fly back and forth to.

Here in the Pacific flyway, we shoot so many ducks in our 107 day season, we don't need an extra season of 2-3 ducks a day to make us feel better.

Open wheat field, no ditches no cover. A buddy of mine has permission to hunt the field so I have to go with him. He doesnt like getting up early so the waiting thing hasnt happened.

Gear is packed in the garage. Went and looked at a Polaris Ranger 6X6 today, would make a nice compliment to my arsenal. But didn't pull the trigger because of the weight issue. Thing weighs almost 1100lbs, that would sink in the mud up here. I'll just stick to my quad and make 2 trips instead of trying to do it all in one trip.

Do you have a cart or trailer for hauling deeks behind the quad? Something like a trailer for yard work, like from sears or something?
