And I just realized I forgot to take pics of the hardest part, getting the damn head on. Had to use two hides, because I have a big noggin.

I informed the wife a couple weeks ago that it was starting August 1, and not being trimmed or anything until end of trapping season (march 1). She was actually on board.

That's pretty bad ass. Make sure yo wear to the no coast hunt!
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams

Jr's a little jealous if the coon hat there, said its "mountain man" and he was shooting for Russian, hence the reply. How bad is his ass gonna stink when he skins a skunk?

I want to do a skunk so bad. But I'll admit it- I'm scared. Those sonsabitches stink something horrible. All I did was reset a trap a week after I had a skunk in it, but forgot my gloves, so did it barehanded. When I got home a couple hours later the old lady almost threw up from the stench. And that was nothing but dirt on my hands

Bite the bullet and make her one the same style out of a red fox to wear to school. We'll all chip in so you don't have a nervous breakdown.

This is junior once again I have done the same thing but there is a cure wash your hands or boots or what ever smells in borax and baking soda solution with dish soap and if you need to stuff your coat sleeves or boots with fabric softener sheets and hang it out side for three days or so to air out

I've done it before. My buddy and I trapped some critters out of one my grandad's barns when we we'e in high school. The key is do it when you're young and stupid and willing to try anything. Anyone with any wisdom would slap that on the table and say "Eh, feck it."

You're over that hill, old man.
