This woman was arrested four times in a twenty-six-hour period. All four times she was cited for violating city ordinance on excessive noise. Apparently she likes playing AC/DC Highway to Hell loudly. Can't believe she couldn't play Hells Bells and get arrested for that at least ONCE. She really let us all down...

By violating the ordinance... Most are misdemeanors. You get a citation like a speeding ticket but are technically arrested.

Not sure about the details on how you get arrested for being too loud(4 times).
Guess you refuse to turn it down when the officer asks you to because the song is at "the good part"???


In the county I live in you get a ticket but it's the 'must appear in court' kind.

I remember that story, from last summer? There was something skewed up about it but I cant remember the details. I'll see if I can dig up the story.
