Careful TK, you'll have Assa out shopping for pressure cookers and filling propane cylinders.

Ironically enough, I do need a new pressure cooker, after bubbling the bottom on my old one. But I'm scared to buy one, now. And I was eyeballing 40# propane tanks yesterday morning, too

I go through a lot running the turkey cooker, and decided it'd be easier if I just bought a 40. But those damn things are $90.

open an account at a gas company and get 100 pounders and a longer hose, way more economical and you don't have to buy the tank, just swap em out
