Those would have went awesome with the 1/3 pound hand-pounded burgers I grilled tonight. Oh, with avocado slices of course.

Woody and teal breast, butteflied, pounded thin, marinated in creole butter, wrapped around a bit of cream cheese, slice if sweet onion and jalepeno then wrapped in bacon cooked over hickory and basted with a little SWEENEYS
