Kids these days...

Postby jehler » Fri Apr 26, 2013 3:57 pm

Just left the Mac store, walked in and asked kelvin for a 12 volt charger for an iPhone 5. Kelvin says ok but starts to blush. Kelvin walks me towards the chargers and says ok what was it you needed, 12 volt charger for an iPhone 5 I say. Kelvin damn near freezes up, looks like a squirrel scared to cross the road, finally he says "so you want one for the wall or your car?" I start laughing and he says "sorry I don't know what a volt is"

What would you expect with a name like Kelvin? He's probably a chemistry wizard.

You can't be serious. What kind of person that's old enough to work doesn't know what a volt is?
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams
