Right there with ya boss. Getting the last of my shit boxed up today. Unfortunately I can't move in to my new place for a couple weeks so it's all going to be sitting in a friend's garage until I can move in. I don't have a whole lot of stuff, but there's enough to warrant a truck/car trailer rental if I want to get it all in one trip. I need to get some more furniture to fill up the truck.

Fuck the tarp, go to a matress store and try to get one of the bags they come in new. Should be free.

Take the trailer back rent a big ass truck and a car dolly. It will be cheaper than giving away your mower

Great idea! Thanks man, I just ripped the mattress and box spring out of the trailer so much more room now. I'm gonna ditch the shitty box spring and get a new one in mobile. Mattress is going in top, I don't wanna jynx is but I might have it now.

I've moved plenty of times, and have come up with all sorts of creative solutions to the problem of too much stuff and not enough space. I kind of enjoyed the moves.

If you have a couple big (not easily damaged) items left you might look into putting them on a pallet and shrink wrapping them and check with a freight company. With Oak Harbor a pallet should run about a hundred bucks. Might be cheaper than replacing them.

I finally got it all sorted out. It's going to be an interesting trip for sure.
