Dumbest dumper ever!!! Sad part is all he will get is a ticket for illegal dumping.
Hopefully. After a couple weeks will call and ask uf he needs a garbage service.

I had a friend in highschool who got caught by the police for illegal dumping. Found his parents name and address on some papers. His mom told him to take the trash off and he tossed it out the window going down the road into town bc the dump was out of his way. Got 6 months probation.

Not really related, but when I was a private investigator, I hung so many people out to dry at trial by having gone through their trash. Nothing like pulling up at the crack of dawn, hopping out the sliding door of a minivan and tossing their bags of trash in the back, then hauling ass out of there, like it's some Hefty kidnapping or something :lol:

Always shred your trash. Everything. EVERYTHING.

All the officer did was call the guy. Asked him to remove his trash. Turns out there are several illegal dumpers. Furniture, trash, old toilet, etc.
Done playing games where I lose and have to pay to haul op trash.
Cant afford it. Its getting into my duck money.
If the guy gets his identity stolen...not my problem.
He fucking deserves it if he is so careless.
That form is an application for treatment at a free clinic.
He has nothing to steal. Get it?
The poor old boy is probably singing this song...feel sorry for him if you choose to.

The guy committed a crime against me. I WILL punish the guy...legally. AND I DID!

Here is the thing, AB.

If he gets his identity stolen, and they see this thread, guess who they will say is liable? My guess is there are probably crimminal penalties for throwing that info out there.

Criminals give up their rights. I know because I was once arrested.
If this pos lowlife actually has a computer and can look it up...I would be surprised and if he does find out and if he does hire an attorney and if he does sue me...more power to him. I didn't sell his information like a corporation would. You know, to recover my loss.

I have nothing to lose. All I did was post a picture of a piece of paper that someone threw away. NOT illegal.
If you throw your information into my trash I will do exactly the same thing. Then you can cry about the damages.

Now if I call him this afternoon and blackmail him about his Social...THAT would be illegal.

By the way. I really HOPE someone would steal my Identity. Am in default on my student loan. They would have their wages garnished. Credit-score limbo...WINNER. As low as it goes.
Am tempted to post MY OWN SOCIAL. Really, nothing to lose.

That paper is still in my dumpster. The guy cleaned out "HIS TRASH" last night according to the man.
The system don't even care to protect this guy and left the evidence where I left it. Why should I care?

Any lawyer worth his salt would simply say that he lost any consideration for that when he threw his "private" information in someone's yard. Trash, even at the curb in your trash can, is public property, and anyone can take it. If they commit a crime with it, then they are on the hook, but ONLY the one who commits the crime, not the one who took it. What AB did is no different than if he took the bag of trash and dumped it out, and the paper blew away, into the hands of a Russian scammer down the street. Sorry about your luck, litterbug.

My time in the insurance industry makes me think about liability a lot.

Trust me, I would like to take care of a lot of things where the system falls short. I am tempted to call this SOB up and shake him up some, but then he would have my phone #.

I am betting that stealing his identity would bring most people down. Not worth it. Kinda like mine.

When I worked for that siding company...they had a PILE of them things. It never occurred to me to just take one.
I think maybe I better just go drive by their junk pile a few times this summer.
