Aaaand Again

Ok, most of you know that there's no love lost between me and Layniebug's teacher. The last tome was a note about how she "disrespected" the teacher because she broke one of the toys that the teacher brought in "for everyone to share at play time".
This was what was brought home today:
In case you can't read it, I'll translate. I had a bad behavior. I lifted up my friend's dress and lied to Mrs. George. And the teacher's comment this was inappropriate, and next time I will take it to the administration.
After some very simple work, involving interrogating my daughter and a quick phone call, here's what happened. They were in line for the library. Layniebug and her friend were grabassing as 6 year olds will do, and laughing. My daughter flipped her friends dress up, and the teacher saw it. They were both still laughing and carrying on. Layniebug of course lied when the teacher asked if she "touched her friends dress", as 6 year olds will also do. If you've been around kids for more than 10 seconds, you'd know how to handle this. For the record, kids are required to wear rights and pants under any dress, which they both had on.
My dilemma- as badly as I want to unleash, there are only about 20 more days of school. The teacher, as I've mentioned, has no kids, and has absolutely no fucking idea how to deal with them, other than the "respect my authoritah" approach. Nor did she bother explaining WHY it was inappropriate. If you're going to be that ducking lazy as a teacher, please don't bother me with notes home. This is the same teacher who, on the field trip, took everyone's tickets INSIDE the museum to hand them out to the parents and kids. Unfortunately, we were stuck OUTSIDE, because she had the tickets and we couldn't get in.
So, should I just sign the paper and let it go, or should I once again let her know how I feel? And should I attach a bill for my daughters belt, which she still hasn't returned?
I get so tired of dumb fucks full of jackassery who cannot teach. My daughter doesn't know what 6+6 is off the top of her head, but she can tell me all I want to hear about recycling, "Box Tops for Education", and fairness.
One day I'm just gonna flip the fuck out. Handle your business, woman. If you want to be treated like a professional, then act like one, not like the dumbass 20-something with no life experience that you are.
