Hammer fail.
Managed to get myself into a seed tick nest. Ended up with about 200 of those fuckers crawling all over me. Just a final FU from my deer season.

If you waited this long, why didn't you just leave it up? Bleach bath will kill all the little buggers, or wait til the are good and bloated and they are easy to see

I hate ticks. Finding a couple on me after a day in the woods ain't no big deal, but I might freak out if I looked down and there were 200 ticks crawling all over me. Id be paranoid for days I missed some.

permethrin is the way to go, mark my words. it doesn't just repel them, if they touch treated clothing they die on contact. lasts a good month or so too depending on how often you wash your clothes. don't breath it or get it directly on you when you apply it. i'm treating all my work clothes this weekend.

I dumped about $60 worth of concentrated permethrin on my naked lower body. Didn't seem to harm me any, although I probably wouldn't want to do it every day.

They have this stuff called Bug spray. Deet er sumthin like that.
Benjamin Franklin said , "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure".
In AT's case....25 cents worth of bug spray woulda saved $60 in high octane bug juice.

I think my home-made moonshine repels bugs. Haven't been bit in a while.

you're probably the exception, since you were probably bottle fed pure permethrin at some point as a child.
