Fixed my clock

The antique clock I have broke on me.
I was highly upset about it. At first I was overwhelmed by all the gears in there.
After a while of looking I figured out what was wrong. The mounting block on one side was broken. Just got old and cracked I guess.
Made the clock mechanism get a bit out of level. This made it so it would only go about 5 minutes and stop.
Broke my heart. It's a 100+ year old Seth Thomas clock. Somewhat valuable.

So I glued the mounting block back where it goes and started tinkering.
It took me a while to get it figured out how sensitive to being level the instrument is. (it's not a ship's chrono)
Has to be just right. Took me a couple weeks of fiddling around. I gave up and then refused to give up several times.

I got it running almost two weeks ago and it has ran the whole time. I wind it on Saturday. It has a 7-day spring.
I'm happy, happy, happy about it.
Tick tock, tick tock.
