Mother's Day morning, were getting ready to see the families and prepare to tell everyone that our little girl is going to be a big sister when my wife starts what we now know as a threatened miscarry. Lots of time in the ER, and some Dr. visits tell us that only time will tell if this will work out. A few more appointments, and things are looking better.

Today our fear was realized when there was no longer a heartbeat.

It's been a trying few weeks, and we will face a few more in the near future as the process comes to a close. We are thankful for the child we have, but it's tough to see a heartbeat, knowing that your child is there, and then have it disappear a few days later...everything happens for a reason, and yes the 50/50 applies here as well, but it still suck.

I feel your pain. Prayers sent up for all of you. These things have a way of working out, brother.

Sorry to hear that. My wife had a miscarriage our first time trying to have kids. It is a horrible feeling. You and your wife will be in my thoughts. Try and stay as positive and supportive as you can with her. I know with my wife, she admitted later, she felt like it was her fault. That she could have done something different and everything would have been fine.

You are right though, it does suck! Take care of and enjoy your family. My condolences.

Sorry to hear that man, been down that road too. Just give her time, women usually take it pretty rough.

Sorry to hear that, Praying for you. My mom had a miscarriage when I was young. A few years later, they had my brother. They had decided to stop at 2 kids no matter what. Can't help but think about the brother I was blessed with, he would not be here if it wasn't for the miscarriage. God has a plan, stay strong!

Prayers brotha, definitely a hard thing to deal with, stay strong.

The little fellow who slept between his grandmother and I last night came about after a series of heartbreaking miscarriages. Tough all around but especially a "roller coaster" for your wife, from what I've seen. Be there and be patient and you'll get through it alright.
