HINT: if you come up on me in a controlled manner, I will signal and yield way. If you come flying up on me like a dick and ride me ass, I am NEVER going to move or speed up.

I agree with this. The problem comes when the person doesn't yield and continues to ride in the left lane even tho I've been courteous and given ample time for them to move.

We are on the same page. When someone approaches correctly, I always yield way.

When someone acts like a dick, I return the favor.

In Assa's area, the left lane is for passing only. Unless you're passing, stay to the right. And, one or two of those roads you better have your headlights on at all times.

I've gotten a ticket for riding on the left for too long here. I tried to say I was passing everyone but it didn't fly.
5 over the limit is slow lane traffic here.

What city? I live outside Austin and work in town. It's no Dallas or Houston but it can get hairy at times...
