No pot?
We call that a rolled roast. Chuck roast is a pot roast. Always thought a pot roast had a bone.
I've heard that it's incredibly stupid to fuck around with a crazy man's head.

How was the mesquite charcoal? Ive seen it around here a couple places but seems kinda gimmicky to me. Id rather throw some real wood chips on the coals and get the real smoke not "flavored smoke", if you know what i mean ;)

The mesquite charcoal is awesome, the taste is great, and its not gimmicky.

I don't blame you for being suspect of it. But in this instance, its simply unwarranted.

I am a big fan of the mesquite BBQ.

Try it, you'll like it.

I was disappointed in the HUGE disparity in the chunks. Little chips, and pieces of limbs as big as my forearm. Made it tough to keep a steady temp.
