If they actually get those prices, AB is sitting on a fortune, and I need to unpaint some old flambeau mallards that are now bluebills.

Same here. I know the guy that owns the shop and he said people regularly come in and buy them for decoration. What a bunch of dumbasses.

I have a guy that wants me to drive a little over an hour each way to sell him 7 dozen egg sinkers. If I was stupid enough to do that, that would be the craigslist deal of the day for him.

I sold these oversized goose shells on Craigslist a couple weeks ago, like the ones that are 3.5 feet long and a couple feet high. Well this guy calls me and says he wants to pay 15 bucks for them, I was selling them or 20 which is a scream of a deal anyway as others were selling the same deeks for 100 plus, I said hell no 20 bucks I'll even drop them off if you live in town because I just want them gone. Well this guy comes back and says no and then tells me to pay shipping through the post office to send them to him, even though he lives less than ten miles from me. I couldn't believe this joker so I sold them less then 5 minutes to someone else.

Was he scared to meet you or something?

I have no idea, I think he was just trying to get as much out of me as he could to the point of stupidity. That or it was a young kid picking up some cheap decoys and didnt know how things work.

I take at least one gun, often two, whenever I go out on a CL deal.

Same here.
I once bought a stolen television set in a seedy part of south Atlanta. I had a gun on me and had two friends in my truck who were also packing. The seller told me a dude owed him money so he took the tv but forgot the remote so he threw in a universal remote with the deal. 800 dollar tv for 250. Can't beat that with a stick.

A fool and his money shall soon part, sold a dozen Bigfoot full body ducks (new) and 2 dozen storm front mallard floaters (heavily used) for $300 the other day. Brand new I could buy that stuff for $250, I paid about $125 for it.

I have a CL story to share.
Last year I hunted with a guy. We had a disagreement over me not replying to hs multiple texts quickly enough.
I was trying real hard to reply. He bombed my phone and pissed me off. I was trying to text him for ten minutes while he was txting me every 30 secs. Kept interupting. Had a cheap flip phone. Hope u understand.
Well...that mutherfucker got mad and put ads on CL with my number.
One said I do illegal guided hunts for $50/gun.
The other said I had an AR15 for sale way too cheap.
Now he is trying to lure me back so he can kick my ass.
Should be interesting when I catch up to him.

We need to call someone and get a film crew to follow you around ASAP. I'd pay to see half the crazy shit you talk about.

I reserve the right to edit. Would be boring as hell 99.9% of the time but that other 0.1% would be gold.
