Well now that I've gone through the whole coolant system, looks light the next step is fixing all the oil leaks.

I've had a hell of a time trying to get my transmission pan to not leak. There's a design flaw or something. Tighten it not enough, it leaks...tighten it a bit more and the gasket squeezes out at a corner and it leaks even worse. I've used a torque wrench and everything. Sealant etc and it just won't cooperate so I've retired the beast for the past few years. People keep asking how much and then they cry when I tell them. Had a guy offer me $400. Told him my famous line, "get outa my yard". He doubled his offer. Told him to hurry up and get cuz I'm going fishing. Was last summer.

The engine is worth what I've been asking. Hell the turbo-charger is worth what I've been asking.

Remember what happened when I offered to pay Ehler's son to make me a coon skin cap?
The stack of hurt feelings reports was tall and heavy.

So if you're interested in an old Cummins 6-cyl diesel from 1996 you got my number. They say I'm asking for too much therefore you have to make me an offer that I can not refuse.

The batteries are dead. They're junk. If I charge it for overnight I can maybe get it to run. It starts and runs but again the tranny needs some love. I think it needs all new relays.

This year wasn't my worst year in AL but I'll be glad when I get to Oregon next year.

Oh did I tell WFF that got orders to Coos Bay, OR? Leaving Mobile this summer! 107 day duck season here I come!

What are you asking?

Not sure if this helps but..
If this is a steel pan, hold it against the bench with the flange on the bench. Using the round end of a ball pein hammer flatten the area around each of the bolt holes. Often when these are tightened it concaves the metal around the bolt holes and can allow leaks. If you pan is cast I don't know what to tell you

What's going on is there's a bend on the gasket design on that model engine that's a bit tight. The gasket just wants to pop out there. Maybe I need to glue the muther fucker on.
Been working on the headlights instead.
Both were out of blinker fluid.

Crazy how your heart can overcome your mind when it comes to women, and hate you are going through it..........
Life has a funny way of unfolding as it should, whether we like it or not, so hang in there Rex!

Duck that birch. The first time I tried to text "fuck that bitch" my auto-correct corrected it into duck that birch.
Tell you something about women that I observed. Maybe it's different for different people but from what I've seen the harder you try the harder it gets. That makes no sense but hey...we're talking about women so why would it?
The harder I tried to find that right girl the more I kept ending up with the wrong one or ones.
Tried way too hard.

Once I said fuck it there ain't no woman out there gunna put up with my shit plus be faithful and true that's when I turned around and she was standing there with that look. You'll know it when it happens.

Just got handed a box from my old man.
When I opened the box there was a drake mallard decoy in it.
Signed, numbered, hand-carved, and wooden.
Ben A. Heinemann

#18
I'd post pics but they're too big (file size limit)
http://www.benheinemann.com/index.html

Apparently the carver got his start hunting the Sangamon River in Illinois.
Must be from over by Springfield because around here the Sangamon is untouchable due to it not being navigable.
Oh how I wish I could sneak and hunt the Sangamon around here. When the Sangamon gets out of it's banks the whole world of Canada goose hunters descend on the area. If it's snow covered holy moley. It don't happen very often but when it does....

OMG I just googled some that are for sale. I could trade that decoy for two jon boats. Not happenin'.

Have y'all ever heard the song Hairy the Hairy Ape by Ray Stevens?
:qh:

Well...

A strange thing happened the other day
You won't believe it but I swear it's true

Two hairless apes pushing a baby carriage
on their way to Arbys...errr the zoo

They were standing on the corner with the carriage pointed south
but they had to wait on me to turn before they could cross the street
and get some food for their mouth (s)

Ironic but the way they needed to go was east
Pushing that carriage musta been a beast

So I'm turning the corner they're standing on
The female pushed the carriage out trying to get her baby killed
Ermagerd I had to hurry up quick and turn really wide
to miss the carriage
and my drink nearly spilled.

That dumb cunt and her husband are out at night walking that carriage in the street in the dark wearing black and I've almost hit them three times now. The carriage is black too. I'm outa rhymes so you get the idea I hope. Them people are hoping to get a settlement from my insurance or something.

About that meme. Crazy lady with newborn was in panic-mode over a "swarm of bees". I show up. Her and her worthless husband on couch argued over who answers the door. She comes out, points up, and there's a wasp nest the size of a silver dollar. I told here to hire an exterminator because I'm not licensed to exterminate wasps.
She got triggered and started screaming how I was a racist. Those signs were in her yard.
It don't get any better than that.

The one also tries to peck the hell out of his reflection in the glass

Must be oystercatcher mating season. I get up early, so it doesn't bother me, but I hear the neighbors yelling at them and banging on the window trying to chase them away
