According to a random video that I watched on YouTube that was made by a 17-yr-old kid we're going to have a really cold and snowy winter this year. Something about solar cycles and how we're in the grand minimum.

Probably should double up on the fire wood and buy some snow chains for them tough drives in the Illinois Mountains.

It has a goose-neck hitch already.

The new RMFC has started a heavy haul and fencing business, still works as a machinist, going to school full time to get my diesel and welding degree, and have an old lady and a kid that I love the hell out of both. Life has been extremely busy.

Looking forward to all those pictures of the incredible hunting you have out your way. It in a small way makes me have some small regrets of not staying out west.

I had some time last week after school to go out and get a doe in the weapons restricted with a handgun. Should be good eating.

Nice

Our archery season starts Oct 1. I've hardly been seeing anything but coyotes on the trail cams.

It a strange place I hunt though. What I see in September doesn't have much if anything to do with what is there in October and absolutely nothing to do with what is there in November. But it still gets you more excited for the season when you are seeing something.

According to the local news (WCIA 3) there are 5000 hunters in Illinois?
Then the news said that Illinois hunters generate $2.2 billion.
Hold on that means each hunter in Illinois generates $440k.
NOT THIS ONE!

No wonder Gander Mountain went broke. They watch channel 3 News.

The editor at WCIA 3 don't have a calculator on his smartphone. (obviously)

I don't know the numbers, but my guess it is more like 500,000 hunters. I know PA is a little short of a million.

Even that it is a bit of a stretch to claim 4,400 per hunter per year. Although, people pay some insane money to hunt deer in certain parts of Illinois.

Have no idea why the local news ran a ten-minute lie on how beneficial the revenue from hunting is.
The state is broke and billions in debt. Maybe if you'd spend more on the critters you shoot. lol
I bet it's closer to 500,000 hunting licenses sold. Lotta dove hunters that only do that.

The internet is so fucking stupid that if you ask how many hunting licenses sold in Illinois...it offers information on how to buy one.

Someone was fool enough to post their phone number in a thread on YT.
Can't help but think about the fun we could have burning that guy's phone up with tranny pics, memes, and silly stuff texted.
It is extremely tempting.

Have pics of eric haynes girlfriend that would work perfect in this situation. She has a yuge pecker.

You gonna want that truck or are you going to wait another year then try and talk down another 500 bucks.
The other guys that tried that quit when I started adding $500 each time they made a new offer.
Eventually I'm going to swap relays and figure out how easy it is to fix. If I buy two batteries that price is going up again.

As long as the tranny isn't completely fucked, I'm fine with that. Just have to find the time to take a trailer down there.

4:33 a.m. humor  Good one Rick!!!!!!

Cool kill Rex! Are they any good to eat? One of my friends was hunting ducks in Colorado a week or two ago, and mentioned how cool it was to have the mountains in the background while hunting, and said that they watched a bunch of Antelope crossing near them during the hunt as well. Whole different world!
