Neat. (As was feeling a little cool breeze instead of being smothered by heat and humidity when airing the dogs this morning.)

Ha! I just saw that he didn't. I haven't had my coffee yet, besides aren't you supposed to be off shitting in the woods getting covered with fleas.

Here's a few more of Brett Smith's work. I can honestly say that almost every single one of his pieces reminds me of different mornings spent in the marsh with family and friends over the past 50 years.

I wish I had a few of those, but he does use a little too much mustard in his sunrises.

As does what I find good waterfowl art. Don't much care how pretty a duck or dog may be if it doesn't evoke more than "Great duck."

Any time John.As of last Sunday I am 100% retired. My oldest son has just been approved by the marine underwriters as master of my old boat and is taking over my job. Working and living on houseboat full time now preparing to head north to eastern shore of Virginia from Okeechobee next week. Won't be missing many days of hunting this upcoming season. Let me know when you fellas are in the mood to kill some brant and geese and I'll tell you if it's worth the trip.

Congratulations Rick. Although you strike me as one of those guys who will never fully retire.

He'll lay under a tree for two days and climb it on the third.

Congratulations on the retirement!
However, I have to add. I'm more interested in hot black chicks than duck hunting paintings.
