They get so silent and dumbfounded when he's talking about hard work, they just dont get it.But when he talks about "being sexy" they go wild. Good on Ashton but sad for America.

It's not that Steve Jobs even really bothered me I think the mass stupidity of the goons that blindly believe he was some kind of computer Jesus that bothers me. Uninformed sheeple following the pretty shiny light.

I could give a damn who invented a programming language. What I DO give a damn about is who made a computer easy as shit to use. While everyone else was typing command prompts, Apple was clicking and dragging. Genius.

Not so much an asshole as a guy with a vision for himself that wanted to do it his way, not everyone elses. I respect the he worked hard for what he had, didn't give a fuck about what others thought, started with practically nothing, and did it his way.

I'm not saying work is more exciting its just that a lot of young people don't even get what hard work means.

Without the programming there would not be any apple.... And apple was not the first system to use a GUI interface Xerox was with its Star platform.

The only thing that I will concede about apple is that they were able to market their products better than anyone else. The fact tht they could convince millions to pay literally sometimes 50x more for the same components as a PC speaks volumes about our society.
