Directv has it too, but I haven't watched it. It's from outside the US, right? So we could get some news that isn't trying to herd the sheep to the slaughter?

It'd probably be a lot more accurate than what we get. Unless they pander to one side's religious views.

Jeff, I pretty much hate TV.
I know this irritates people on this forum, but its the truth. My feelings are valid.
I watch a few shows, and of course the Chiefs. Otherwise, its a huge POS, top to bottom IMO.

Tom i dont sleep much and when bored i tend to revert to the old me.... tv and 2 forums keeps me from getting into much trouble.
i was pissed when i first seen Al Jazeera America was going to be a new station, i checked in a handful of times and havent heard what i was expecting "down with whitey" "fuck America" Fuck the Christians" . maybe its there between the lines i dont know.

I watched it yesterday for a bit. Nothing different than the other stations, but they talked about shit going on in the world instead of ignoring it I guess.
