How many shells do you guys carry with you hunting?

If I'm specifically targeting ducks-10 shells
Geese-10
combo/mix-a full box/25

I always bring two boxes. Got to make sure I got enough for any friend who only brings ten. 10? :P

If going for ducks I only take 1 shell, 2 if going for gees also. Anything more would be overkill! I'm that awesome! Ask around, I'm kind of a big deal.

^ truth

The ducks die out of respect for Tiler_J most of the time. I have seen it... He also never has a need for waders because he walks on water and can turn water into high class whiskey.

One box if I'm walking, two in the boat. You never know when a cripple is going to decide to do things the hard way.

That's where the majority of my shells go. I've been known to unload my gun on a cripple.

I watched my brother put twelve rounds on a goldeneye once at ranges from 20 feet to 20 yards. It would dive and every time it came up for air, it got peppered again. It eventually just gave up and got its neck wrung. The pellets just riccocheted off it's back and it had a really bad case of road rash.

The smell got distracting. Wader farts are the worst.

I think the most I ever shot was around 6 rounds. Not exactly proud of it but it is what it is.

I just had something to top shower farts, but it might be a little much, even for this place.

Yeah, I'd rather have a clean kill, but I refuse to let a cripple escape.
