I don't think that will ever happen. Scrap value is more than $500.

It's pretty tough to get a duece and half. The tourist industry uses them to transport customers at all kinds of sight seeing locations.
If you only want to spend $500, you're definitely gonna get the older trucks (M52A2 and M818).
