Two weekends left...

...and I'm started to stress. Between the last minute dropped like a bomb honey do's and freaking soccer I feel like I'm running outta time to get shit ready

People know that the season is coming. I get about 35485 calls the week before the season starts with jobs to do. Ones they have procrastinated all summer about having done, but October comes and they are ready.

Starts next weekend for us. I still have a couple little leaks to fix, a little more brushing to do on the blind, and a bunch of decoys to rig. And I need to load up a few boxes of shells too.

Everybody I know seems to need me to help with some project.......Screw them! I have two duck blinds to build, one to repair and two to just brush up. I also am trying to get my boat ready, my buddys airboat ready and line up a few charters to pay for all of this. My wife knows a year in advance what duck season is about but still comes up with shit that I don't really need to do. I hate to tell her to hire a Mexican to clean the house and cut the grass but duck season comes around only once a year.

We still have a month and a half left and I'm Ready now and that really sucks. Just sitting and waitng If I go look at my decoys one more time I'm gonna start shooting them, thank god I've got herters lol. I've got the grill Ready , been workin the Dog , done went and got momma all good to go. Early teal was a Good one this year Dog did good, Boy shot good Motor ran good , Baby girls ready to join me and the boy in the blind this year. Hope the ducks show up.

Three weeks from tomorrow I'll be rolling into MT. Afternoon tromp for some sharptails and huns. then a drive to find where the ducks are. Hunt ducks in the morn, then hit the upland fields the rest of the day.
