Trying to swat a crippled redhead, I bent down into the boat to grab more shells, the other guy shot (outside the blind like normal) but I felt it instantly. Seems like the ringing is becoming more and more, and the hearing out of that ear is more sensitive. Cause for concern, or just give it time?

I'd give it time. I shot over 100 rounds out of my .38 one time and my ears rang constantly for about a week.

same here, i really wish i had worn earplugs when i was growing up. im listening to it right now, i need to turn on some music.

Until your ear bleeds you're fine. Ask flint about the time he threw a fire cracker at my head and it exploded inches from my ear. Couldn't hear right for days.

We get our ears rang pretty often hunting in a pit. Especially if you sit in the middle, like me.

All of y'all are friggin retarded. Plugs or muffs the whole time, every time and both if I'm target shooting inside.

I've been more vigilant since lat season with wearing some molded ear plus. Sometimes only the left halfway in but it's a start.

I wear plugs when I'm target shooting, but when I'm hunting I need to hear what's going on.

Hell I don't even like wearing a hood because it dampens my hearing too much. How the hell do you hear the birds with plugs in?
