I just had a guy from class tell me how easy it is to get a CC permit there. He said you just fill out the form and have a 4 hour wait before they bring you your permit! Maybe you should review you're laws because obviously this IL resident knows more about your laws out there than you.

Oh, and he also mentioned that in TN, no permit is required and if you have a drivers license, you can carry whatever and wherever you please. Then when I questioned him on that (knowing both states do NOT have laws like this) he raised his voice being very sure of himself. I left when he started explaining to some other students how STAG arms are the only ASSAULT rifles issued to the military and police.

Sounds like a real winner.

i printed out MD law and highlighted the may issue parts of it and the language stating how you have to prove you are in fear for your life to be considered for a permit. when i handed it to him, the rest of the class started laughing when he said "well, when i lived there it was different!"

definetly worth the effort!!

Those that can't do...teach. Huntall6, the subject of this rant/thread is a teacher teaching the curriculum he was instructed to teach by idiots at the state level. They have an agenda. Educating gun owners improperly IS THE AGENDA.
