Is it just me or does it seem like the opener is taking for ever to get here. Geeze , if any of you Northerners are killing duck post up some pic's.im going crazy waiting for it to get here , teal season seemed like it was Month's ago.

Starts Saturday here! Can't wait much longer.

So far this year I've shot more teal than anything else and I'm loving it! They're still consuming Lake Helena as I type this. So far this year I've got down 24 ducks and 10 geese.

Best I've got yet for this year. There is zero migration going on and the residents are terrified.

Tomorrow, if I can find some shells, I'm going to whip some more geese.

Some of our hunts from the first half of our season, birds are pretty stale right now. Waiting for the next push and we'll be back at it!
