Help out the technology retarded

Can one of you tech savvy guys explain this for me? I just downloaded a gif of the brunette on the chive bouncing her juggs, I was going to post it here but it was not playing on my phone. It was only showing as a static picture. I was trying to figure out how to get it to play and I apparently hit the "change player" button, then my tv pops up with a message about a device blah blah... so I hit 'ok'. All of a sudden Miss bouncy tits pops up on the 47"!
How the fuck do they work together?

And how did I not know about this before?

Funny story about this! I was in target with the wife a few months ago when someone did this to one of the TV's on the wall. I about died laughing, one minute it's playing the normal target BS then I look up and i see a naked blond playing with her lady bits in the shower! :lol:

I tried to do the exact same thing an hour or two ago!! Haha! I couldn't figure it out either. Someone please help, we need the gif of that girl on here!! It's awesome!!

I think that most gifs will not show on a phone, but will show on a computer.

I'm not sure of that, but my experiences lead me to believe that to be true...

Either WIFI or bluetooth. Using the UpNp protocol.
