Attention Ron

The steak in this picture perished on opening day of this year at the hands of Doug's magical 25-06. While on patrol I was called to go to his house to help hang it in his garage. To show his gratitude, he gifted me with two large steaks.
Coated with just a touch of olive oil, seasoned with Ted and Barney's and fried to rare to medium-rare in my favorite old skillet, this hunk of meat was accompanied by two fried eggs...over easy and a cup of hooooot coffee...black of course.
The house still smells of fried deer steak and coffee. Yea I'd say I'm off to a good start for the day.
