Dinner

Chilis rellenos tonight, stuffed with elk chorizo, deer sausage, Monterey jack cheese, and Italian bread crumbs. Breaded and fried, served with homemade salsa. More pics to follow.

Ham sandwich. Chips and salsa. Hotdog. Then pot roast. Good dinner. Didn't eat a thing all day been up since 5 am.

Finally done. Got sidetracked with the youngun' and her bicycle. I know it should be salsa verde, but I didn't make any of that, only red. So regular it is.

My Grandfather used to grow beets mainly for the greens. That is one thing I do miss. I loved beet greens at Grandma's.
