Dinner
Posted: Tue Jul 24, 2012 7:17 pmChilis rellenos tonight, stuffed with elk chorizo, deer sausage, Monterey jack cheese, and Italian bread crumbs. Breaded and fried, served with homemade salsa. More pics to follow.

My Grandfather used to grow beets mainly for the greens. That is one thing I do miss. I loved beet greens at Grandma's.
