Can be, varies year to year with marsh conditions and water levels. Could definitely help ya out as it gets closer to next year. Will almost always be tons of pressure and competition, a boat can increase your options. If the timing is right, could possibly get ya on some Canadas.

Wouldnt have thought kansas was a big waterfowl state,thought it more for whitetail which im goin up there to hunt public deer too next year

The state does not shoot a lot of birds, comparatively speaking, but if timed right and effort put in, birds can be found. What area will you be deer hunting?

I havnt really looked yet but prolly the southeastern part of the state.a buddy went up there this past week and killed a good one, gonna talk to him and find out more on where he went and stayed and all
