I just found out 100% that I'm being transferred to Montgomery, AL about 2.5 hours north of here. They needed a guy up there and my office has to many people, being the only non married person and the newest it fell on me to move.
I don't know what this means for my NCH plans, I'm afraid that I may have to cancel because I'm supposed to be up there doing OJT before I move during the NCH. I will try and see if I can't push the dates back.
Life always happens at the most inconvenient times.

So you are 2.5 hours further from where you been scouting? Plus you have to find quarters and move during duck season...Damn. Sorry to hear you got moved.

No clue, I'll have to start all over finding places to hunt or just drive the 2.5 hours back down here to Mobile.

Yea it does suck, might only hunt a handfull of times this year. At least the season goes into the end of Jan.

Nah and it's about equal distance to where I was going to do most of my hunting in GA. I just need to find a new house and get moved ASAP so I can get back on the ducks.
