travels got shortened due to my child fucking up.
have had troubles with her since this summer. she was cutting herself and acting out.
we thought we had things on the right tract. i left for a small trip and came back to things all fucked up. her and i got into a huge fight and we didnt talk for a month.
she started cutting again and was wanting to kill herself. my folks and her mother had her put in the hospital for help.
she was in for about 3 weeks. she was still acting out so im home. hope i have ant strength and patience do get her on the right side of this shit.
she is my life and with out her i would be devastated.
i think i will pack her up this weekend and head out to mom and dads vacation home in Colorado, when Thanksgiving is over i have got to get back to business.
i just dont know what to do other then tie her up and never let her go

"hang out and talk" That's a good plan, daily.
I haven't been through it personally but, I've seen others go through it. Stay strong, there is no abbreviated version for getting down the road you are headed. Just be there for her and make sure she knows you're there for her.
We'll keep you and your family in our prayers.

That's rough man, I hope you can connect with her and let her know that she really is loved and needed in this world. Sometimes being a teenager can be hard.

the two of us had a long talk over dinner. tore the hell out of some tacos and fixings. nice to be home. beats the hell out of Uni. MERICA!!!!!

Prayers for you both man. Between my wife and I we have 3 and I had a rough time with my son but things have since then gotten much better. He's in boot camp and a SF candidate. Sometimes they get off course and just need to be guided back. We wish you both the best.

I used to have foster children and teenage girls are a PITA at times....I believed I actually helped a few of them but didn't know that I had until years later.

I wish you all the luck in the world with your daughter.

Man, that's some heavy shit. I'd have no idea where to even start. I hope you can resolve whatever it is that is causing the pain. That's really tough to hear. I'm certain everyone here is pulling for ya. Just make sure to vent your frustrations here and not at home.

thanks guys.right now things are getting better for her and between the two of us. we are leaving tomorrow for Colorado. i hope some isolation from the world for a few days will help us both out.
