Got thru a half cup of coffee and the rest of the day went downhill fast. I got it stabilized for now. Have fun tomorrow. I see Charlie all the time, when did you say you were taking the pup out for the first time?

It's a small two room cabin that I need to rent out. I haven't tried too hard to find a renter but I need to.
