It's all in the link, you can see it all unfold in its glory. I couldn't do the thread justice.

Gaddy also has a thread in the CA forum for refuge help.

Thank u sir, I saw it shot a 3.7 sat! I hate that they don't post blind results online. I guess I will have to figure it out when I get to check station. Haven't hunted there in about three years but looking forward to it.!!

Make sure to chat it up with the check station guys! Last year I drew #2 @Colusa and we were he first people over at the check station looking at the numbers, and we talked to the check station guy. He told us that the pond with the best numbers consistently all year( I believe pond 9) had pretty much been fucked over buy some idiot, who set up in the middle of the pond with a lawn chair, and blasted at everything within 150 yards. He said the guy with the number one reservation will probably choose that one, and told us the next 2 options, incase the #1 ressi took the second best pond (I believe p1b). Well the guy chose pond 9, and I went with p1b, and I shot a limit of ducks, plus 2 geese, and the #1 ressi shot 1 duck. So as I said, chat it up with the guys running the check station.

Oh, a sure fire way to find out where everyone is killing the birds! Hang out at the check station on Saturday and Sunday with a flat billed hat, a drake sweatshirt, and an uncle Si tea cup, and walk up to everyone who comes in from hunting asking "How'd you do?" then if they killed any, Follow up the first question with this "Where'd ya kill those at?"

Probably so. I guess I'm just a little jaded, I don't go back to the launch bragging about how well I did (or didnt do) and what exact spot I was in.

Yeah they post the blind results and the average for the season. With the second choice. You'll have a short list to pick from........ you wanna shoot green. Take the blinds closest to the close zone with at least.50percent cover in the ponds...... even though its probably goin to be a gaddy and sprig slaughter. And despite what Tiler thinks theirs nothing wrong with that. Just stay away from the spoons. ;)

Zactly. You have to report you birds to the check station, and fill out a slip with how many birds you shot, where you shot them at, what species, how ay hens/drakes etc.
