F**king Bullsh*t

So I was cleaning my shotgun today (Remington 887) and I noticed the front sight fell off. Not that I need it to kill ducks, but it makes it easier and it's nice having it there. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, the 887 has a rear bead and a front sight that is detachable.
Anyways, I looked online to see how much I would cost to buy a new one, and they don't fucking sell them! So I just have to deal with the fact it is gone I guess. Piece of shit.

You can't be the first that this happened to and bet you can buy one somewhere.

Buy an aftermarket one. They are better from a visibility standpoint and they cost about the same as most replacements, assuming they are available. (at least that's the case with Novas)

I could not find the ones that fit on 887's.

Can't find an aftermarket one for the 887 either.

Does it have a threaded post? Truglo makes one that comes with multiple posts that will fit everything.

Problem being that where the sight was it creates a divot, with only enough space for a sight about 1/2 inch long, and I'm not sure if the sights for other remingtons will fit or be visible over the tops of the divot.

God please don't let the next issue be AK and his impotence issues.

Call them and ask before you purchase.

Drill, tap, screw in new bead. I did that for my 870. I didn't like the factory bead. To big. So I went to the gun smith and he gave a smaller one.
