I am currently looking to get involved with a field staff or two and was wondering if you guys could help me out. I am currently a college student and am not involved with any staffs. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you in advance.

Not sure how many serious posts you will get here. Not many guys here are pro-staff or field-staff.

Contact DuckHammer, he has a duck call resale company called "Blow Me!" He might be able to help.

If Gaddy offers you a position on "his" pro-staff, pass on that. I hear it a pain in the ass position.

If I were vetting candidates for a promotional staff, these are the things I would be measuring. The products and hunting in general don't come into play until after.
