I've been working on some formulas. 1 1/8 ounce of 3 shot out of a kent matrix 3 inch hull with a 36 inch barrel divided by the flux capacitor should give me an effective load energy in a 20 knot south wind.

1 oz load of pintail teeth. The only feasible load for spoonies. Guess that makes two ducks Assa will never touch.

Yet another bird I don't see around here. I mainly shoot at Mallards, Sprigs, Teal, and Goldeneyes. If I'm lucky, every now and then a buffle head.

Sprigs, Pintails, whatever you wanna call them, they're here. Usually get them in the early part of the season. FYI, L+C is BS. Jim Brigear or lone eagle are the ones that are more interesting than 2 creeps picking up a red burn to guide them to Kommiefornia and back.

3 1/2" 1 9/16 oz of #5 steel shot is what most people use for Northern Shovelers. Can't be too skimpy when it comes to them birds. Ever notice that hens are harder to kill than drakes.
