Rick sent me this clip in a text, and asked me to post it for him here and on dhc. Retirement is treating him well, but down here in the sticks, the internet isn't all it's cracked up to be. He's doing well, and the snows have arrived here on the Eastern Shore.

Will do, fellas. I've been trying to find the time to scout a new marsh, and he has plans to come up and hunt it, but dammit I haven't been able to get out there yet. I have no desire to get lost in the dark trying to get to a spot while "guiding" someone. Especially Rick. They'd probably be able to hear the "YOU DUCK DICK"s all the way back at the launch.

Thanks for posting video Jim. It was taken a half mile north of houseboat. I only get one bar of signal sometime. That clip only caught a small portion of that flock.

Happy New Year to you fellas too! Went into town today and got 3 bars of signal. Heard they are supposed to be erecting a new cell tower closer to me soon.....hope it's true.
