Last year I signed up for the st baldricks fundraiser. The organization raises money for child cancer research and help. The fundraiser consists of donating money to those who are participating, and by participating I mean shaving our heads. Last year several of my coworkers and other shavers raised nearly $30,000, we're trying to blow that away this year.
I know money is tight these days, but if you are able to spare anything, any little bit helps. No child should ever have to experience cancer!
I'll post up before and after pics. Gonna be cold with no beard!
If you can donate, awesome, but I understand if its not in the books. Prayers are good as well.

Why is it the closer we're getting to shave day, it's getting colder!
Again, any donations are huge and go to a great cause. And you get to see my bare face again!

Sorry to bump again. I'm down to just over two weeks left before the big shave. Any donation is accepted, $1,$ 5, $10, whatever. It's a great event and not just local, I recommend looking up nearby events and happenings.
I used to shave the first day of spring because meant warm weather is coming, so far no end if cold season in sight!

One last night with the beard and hair, I'm $70 away from my goal, like I said before, any little bit helps. I'll be posting a before for you guys in the morning and an after following.

I wasn't able to reach my goal of $400, but $330 should help. I believe there was 34 or 35 shavers this year. They're still tallying funds, but should total over $30,000. Plus 1/3 of the food sales that day at the multi- tap where we do it at goes to St Baldricks.
Damn it's cold out, why didn't anyone warn me it was so cold.
