No, not really. Did Laundry when I got home from work. Just made some coffee after a lean cuisine meal. I'd say on the 1-10 tiger scale of manliness I am at 3 racoons.

the burgers were delicious, a little to tender but real good.

I was in the local gfs last week and the manager let me know she had a case of whole tenderloins that were a wrong ordered for a restaurant, I ended up paying 5$ a pound for whole choice tenderloins. We cut steaks out of the centers of two of the loins and ground the ends along with the trimmings tonight just to see wht it's all about. Cooked a lot faster than anticipated, will be better next time when they are not well done

I've wondered that myself.

I had made a few midget sex themed jokes over the course of several years. On my 40th birthday, jgun stops by my house to kill a few hours between work and a meeting he had at his church. He gets in my computer and starts a hey it's my birthday thread with midget stripper pix and references to my basement. The rest is history...

when I was in my twenties I had a girl living with me that was a rep for the parent company of lean cuisine, she would bring home cases of the stuff. I vaguely remember burning my tounge on many a drunken night with lean cuisine.

10-4. I'd expect with little to no fat, they'd get dry pretty quick...about like ground sirloin.

That's a helluva deal to btw.

Lots of fat, I saved every piece of fat I trimmed off the loin and ground it in, jus to damned soft, not dry at all. I twice ground it, next time I'll once grind it and try I cook it more medium and see how it is, better than tossing the scraps for sure

I just bought a 1/2, killed, cut and wrapped for $2.60/lb, hanging weight.

Someone doesn't understand math very well.

Last time I looked at buying a side it was well over three a pound, and that was a few years back. Is it good beef?

Oh yeah...I picked him out of the pen myself.

With the current price of corn, hanging weight
should be in the upper $3 range to break even.

For fun I'm digging up an OLD thread.
I do that sometimes. You know, like a dog finding an old bone to chew on.

Jehler, I can't believe you'd grind up a tenderloin into a hamburger. Something ain't right about that.
You make prime-rib burgers too?
