some folks moved in next door and the boy is a shit ass .he has a gamo and kills stuff just to do it.now my old lab comes up shot in the eye and vet had to remove it this morn I told his mom about it and as he is the only one near with a pellet gun ,well ?.I also told he had shot some other stuff around the house and shop .after what I got out of this low class bitch im thinking about calling the cops. I just hate to start this with a renter .I called the man who owns the house and low and behold he is dead and his son now owns the place and he told me (not my problem ) soooo pissed

If that happened to my dog I'd take the gun from the kid, smash it in half right in front of him an then kick his dads ass.

Actually there isn't much you can do at this point unless you personally witnessed the kid shooting your dog. Basically you cannot get justice through the system. About the best you can hope for is revenge but make the comeback something that they will remember and rue the day that they fucked with you. If they leave their car outside set it on fire at night. When the fire is investigated tell the investigators that you saw someone that looked like the kid playing around the car earlier, that he was smoking something and although you can't say for sure, it looked like the kid.

A child shooting your dig is not a civil matter. It's criminal. Try to get some evidence and call the cops.

You've got a lot more self control than i do. My neighbors are 90 years old and just moved into an assisted living home. Put the house up for sale. Gonna miss them and worried about who's going to move in. Even more so now after reading about this.
