Since I decided to try and hunt some yotes, I made a ghillie suit last night. Had an old 3-D bug suit, some old burlap trap covers, and an old piece of rope. Used that, and it came out good. I'm no further than about 20 feet from the camera in any of them.

I think #1 & #2 are the same exposure. He's standing behind that little tree on the left about ten yards back from where he stood. Look for a foot.

In my defense, it was a video, and then I just paused it and screen shotted it, so the quality isn't the greatest. Pretty sure you got it figured out, but in all of them I was aiming right at the camera, not off to the side in whichever one MT said I was aiming to the side in.

First one I'm kneeling right behind that light colored stalk of grass in the middle.
Next one I'm standing up, just a few inches to the left of where I was in the first.
Third one I'm kneeling behind the pine tree.

Maybe I'll post the video. It's quite a bit easier to find me when you see me moving to get to where I kneel down. It turned out better than I thought. In addition to being cheap, I didn't want to buy one, because they've got that shit all over the back, and I don't need it on the back. I'll always be sitting down up against a tree, for turkey, deer, or coyotes, and have no intentions of low crawling or shooting from the prone any time soon.

Nope. It's burlap from trap covers. Been descented for about 3 years. Well, it's possible that it does smell like raccoon pee, since they piss all over them when they get in the box traps. I have a field to try out tomorrow night, but there's an old tractor shed in the middle, so I get to hunt comfortable, from my folding chair.

Looking forward to seeing your pictures.

I retrieved my game cam today from a big pile of goose carcasses. Got a nice one of a yote on there.
