Anyone got any good rattlesnake recipes? My buddy killed this one today and brought it to me and I mainly wanted the skin but don't want the meat to go to waste. It was right at 5'

It has been many years since I had rattlesnake, I wasn't very old. What I remember was flour with seasoning, salt, pepper and deep fry, I remember it being good.

Never cooked it but it's always been fried and tasty when I've had it

I've had it deep fried before like chicken. It was pretty good that way.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams
