I don't hate anyone bc of their skin color. That doesn't make any sense.
I do however hate people based on how they act. It just so happens that the thugs who embrace the "hip hop culture of criminal actions and violence" are of the black race.
The more you're around it, the more you have to deal with them and their stupidity, the more the hate becomes ingrained in you. But the hate isn't for their skin color it's for their stupidity and flat out disregard for other people. The overwhelming number of these assholes gives black people a bad name. You tend to associate all of them with it which is wrong but it's just so rampant around here.
The problem down here with people being actually racist is this "old south" mentality that some people take on to try and seem cool or interesting or more redneck than someone else. Idk how many times I've heard people I know proclaim to be racist just to try and sound like a badass. It's stupid and it gives southern people a bad representation.

Nope my family was in Arkansas back then and we lost. In the following years they became dirt poor and during the Great Depression/ dust bowl came to California to pick peaches. and now all their descendants are gay
