With my kids all grown I miss out on those hunts nowadays.
In a few years I'll be taking my grandson out on youth hunts.

50 wood ducks within 15 yards and 1 in the bag.... Jr and jr buddy are flock shooting I think lol, fast and furious for a bit now dead, no wind blue skies....

J, you can walk across lower, honey is dry as a bone, only 6" of water in road pond. We might take the 12' and try upper? Still quite a few birds on the low even with it dry

Just jr and I today. Limited on wood ducks now with two drakes and a hen. One blue wing. Hanging out waitin for some more real or a dumb mallard. Getting awful hungry though....this hunting without a stove and coffee
