On the smoker this morning. Jr and I got lazy last night and didn't put the rub in till this morning, hopefully they'll still be good....

won't be done until 8ish. Jr and I have taken in the garage, there is no fishing in our immediate future

nice, like the heavy grates in the grill, what kind is it? I have an old Vermont castings that looks similiar in the garage

Thats the Char Griller ... It's a good grill, it's not airtight enough to make a really good smoker.

Hey Jehler, mind giving away your rub ingredients?
I've been using chris lilly's.
and do you inject your booties?

its almost always diffrent teb, but, always has brown sugar and kosher salt equal parts, cayenne, cumin, ground chili, garlic and onion powders a little oregeno and black pepper. I do inject also, again always different but if we are doing taco's i inject with a bitter orange/lime kinda acidy base, if its bbq i do a white grape/apple juice based injection.
